Things happen. Like misreading an email and building a marketing campaign around said email only to have to start over. And so we bring you Are You Sure About That? - an American IPA.
This brew uses a special hop blend from Yakima Valley Hops:
2025 Michael James Jackson Foundation Hop Blend Profile
This exclusive blend was created by the MJF board members at an event hosted by Brooklyn Brewery. 16 different varieties were evaluated, blended, and narrowed down to the winning blend of select lots. The MJF blend is fruit-forward and perfect for hop-centric styles like pale ales, IPAs, and hazies. This blend also features a select lot of Citra® from our friends at Loza Farms here in the valley, the only Latino-owned hop farm in the nation.
Every pound includes a $5 donation that John I. Haas made to the Michael James Jackson Foundation that will go towards scholarships for people of color who are continuing their education in the brewing industry.
El Cenicero. The ashtray. More specifically, the Mexican Ashtray. Start with a can of Mexican lager, combine with a few key ingredients — chili lime seasoning, a splash of hot sauce, and a squeeze of lime wedge over the top — and you have yourself a Mexican Ashtray.
You’ll find all of those flavors in El Cenicero — a spicy, but refreshing way to say goodbye to summer.
